These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of midwestega.com ("the Site"), operated by Midwest Employment Group & Advisors ("MEGA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

MEGA provides staffing services (direct hire, temp-to-hire, project staffing) and website creation services. Specific terms of any engagement (pricing, scope, deliverables) are governed by a separate written agreement, not by these Terms. Information on the Site is intended for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer or guarantee of services.

4. Free Services for Job Seekers

Career coaching, resume reviews, and job matching are provided free of charge to candidates. MEGA does not charge job seekers fees of any kind for placement services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design — is the property of MEGA or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites (Crelate job board, Google Maps, etc.). MEGA is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party sites. Linking to a third-party site does not constitute an endorsement.

8. Limitation of Liability
