Every site we launch goes on a monthly care plan, so it stays secure, backed up, monitored, and current. Month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice, and the site is yours either way.
The opposite of lock-in. You own your site: the code, the content, and your domain. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice and we hand you a full export you can take anywhere. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap it in a contract.
Half to start, half at launch, and care starts when the site goes live. You get the full number in writing before you decide anything, and it does not change after.
Your domain stays in your registrar, in your name. Going live changes two DNS records; your email is never touched. The source lives in a private repository we can hand you at any time.
If we think your current site is costing you work, we may show up with a concept already built, so you can see it instead of imagining it. No obligation. If it is not for you, we retire it.
We study your current site, your work, and what a customer sees. Sometimes that turns into a built concept before we ever meet.
You see it on your own screen, page by page, and tell us what is right, what is wrong, and what is missing. Nothing goes live with a guess in it.
A written proposal with the build, the number, and the timeline. Half to start. If the answer is no, the concept is retired.
We make the changes you flagged, add your photos and corrections, and you review a private preview until it is right.
We go live on your domain, carefully and without disrupting your email, and the care plan takes it from there.
